Where is Sidekick available?
Sidekick is currently available in Korea and Japan, and will soon be available in other countries.
What languages does Sidekick support?
Sidekick’s guides are fluent in English, Korean, and Japanese.
How much does Sidekick cost and how do I sign up?
Sidekick can be purchased for as little as $20 for a 1-Day Pass which offers for real-time travel assistance all day long (7am to 5pm local time).
Sidekick also offers a 3-Day Pass and a 5-Day Pass at discounted rates.
What is Sidekick’s refund policy?
Guest satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not satisfied with Sidekick, you can request a full refund of your purchase at any time up until 24 hours after the end of your Day Pass (5pm local time). If 24 hours has passed since the end of your Day Pass, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request a refund.
